FINAL PAYMENT Final payment for the total fee for a booking will be due at completion on the last day of the booking.

WORKING HOURS Are all calculated from call time to wrap time, and must be consecutive, including reasonable breaks.

CANCELLATION POLICY On confirmed bookings; within 3 working days full fee, within 5 working days, half fee.

OVERTIME RATES Time and One half will apply and billed as per invoice on services rendered after 8 hrs. in studio and after 10 hrs. on location.

WEATHER PERMITTING on ALL confirmed bookings:
All same day cancellations without immediate rescheduling will be HALF FEE of billed invoice.

Same day cancellations that ARE NOT immediately rescheduled will be FULL FEE of billed invoice.

Agency Gerard Management Fee 20% fee on all bookings of billed invoice.
